On-line registration is now available for all on-going students (1st year students will register directly with the admissions office). You will be able to register for your course, subjects and modules off-campus from home or from abroad if you are away for the Summer. Once you come back to lectures the week commencing Monday 24th September you will also be able to change your module selections on-line for a set period of time. Students will need their user name and password to access the Registration Menu on the Student Web Services.
For your information, below are the registration forms for 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and HDip students for 2008-2009. They outline the modules, both required and optional, for your specific degree course. Please take the time to read the module details(currently being updated) . This will ensure that you choose the modules most suitable to you.
Please ensure that you pick the correct number of modules as per the number of credits required for each year. i.e 1st year 15 credits, 2nd year 20 credits, 3rd year 30 credits, and 4th year 30/60 credits depending on whether you are taking the Single/Double honours programme.
NB: it is essential that 4th year students pick their modules carefully, keeping in mind that modules should be evenly balanced across the two semesters. Be aware that the 2nd semester requires submission of theses and, in some cases, presentations which will make large demands on your time, all of which is in addition to studying for final examinations.
Should any student have a query or require assistance please contact the department office.
